What are your delivery fees?


We offer FREE EXPRESS UK delivery.

Our standard non-UK delivery fees are:

  • Europe - £9.99
  • Japan - £10.99
  • USA - £11.99
  • Rest of the World - £13.99

    When will I get my order?

    We are a small family managed business. Due to high demand, please allow extra delivery time for your order to be processed. Our goal is to provide HIGH QUALITY, UNIQUE product to YOU ensuring our partners in our supply chain follow safety guidelines and keep their employees safe.

    All our products are printed on demand and it takes 3-5 working days for processing your order. Estimated delivery times after the order is despatched are: 

    UK - 1 - 3 working days

    Europe - 2 - 9 working days depends of your location

    USA - 3 - 7 working days

    Japan - 5 - 10 working days

    Rest of the World - 7 - 10 working days

    The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order delivery is taking more time than usual. The latest bit of good news is we have just lowered our processing time to a maximum of 7 working days (previously was 12 working days).

    This means all orders placed on or after 29th July 2020 will ship in maximum 7 working days.

    We are actively communicating with our fulfilment partner and following the latest news on Covid-19.

    How do I track my order?

    If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line via our 'Contact Us' link

    Can I change my address after placing an order?

    We are unable to change the delivery address on orders once the checkout process has been finalised. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

    Do you offer refunds?

    Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us via our 'Contact Us' link and we’ll sort that out for you.

    No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or colour.

    Can we exchange an item for a different size/colour?

    At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product photo/description section.

    Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know via our 'Contact Us' link within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues.
